5 Board the iron ore train

We'll drive west towards the town of Choum, grabbing our essentials and snacks for the train ride along the way. Once we arrive in Choum we will wait to board the incredible Iron Ore train. These trains come through 3 times a day, however, the timings are not always predictable and we may have to wait as not all trains will stop. Once we board the train, it is around a 13 hour journey to the coast.

6 Nouadiboh to Arkeiss

Once the train pulls into the city of Nouadiboh, our drivers will collect us and take us back to the hotel where we can rest and freshen up from the long train journey. We will have a meal together before hitting the road again, this time to the beach. We arrive in Arkeiss, a beautiful campsite in the national park of Banc d'Arguin.

Morning to be spent at leisure; you could take a nice morning walk by the beach or on a nearby hill. Afterwards, we will drive toward the other side of the park, where we hopefully see some birds, pelicans, seagulls, flamingos, etc but we'll certainly witness millions of shy crabs by the shore. Then we will drive toward the capital.
