South Pacific Islands Tour: Tuvalu, Tonga & Samoa

Itinerary

1. Day One, Oct 23 2025

   Depart from Fiji

   • Today, we will all meet at the airport in Suva (Fiji) at 08:00am, for the 10:00am flight to Funafuti (Tuvalu).

   • We will check into our hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure with the option to explore the town and take a walking tour of the island.

2. Day Two, Oct 24 2025

   Explore Funafuti

   • After breakfast, we will take a boat trip to some of the other atolls in the archipelago.

   • Here we will have the chance to go snorkelling in reefs and explore the beaches to see nesting seabirds.

3. Day Three, Oct 25 2025

   Head to Nadi

   • Today we will transfer to the airport for our flight back to Fiji; transiting in Suva before arriving in Nadi.

   • Here you can relax at the hotel or spend the evening at leisure.

4. Day Four, Oct 26 2025

   Tour of Nadi

   • After breakfast, we will take a tour of Nadi and the surrounding areas.

   • Late afternoon to be spent at leisure.

5. Day Five, Oct 27 2025

   Journey to Vava’u

   • After breakfast, we will transfer to the airport and take a flight to the island of Vava’u.

   • In the afternoon, we will have the option to explore the island or take a short trip to see the humpback whale calving grounds.

6. Day Six, Oct 28 2025

   Watch the Whales

   • Today, we will take a boat trip out to see the whales, with the possibility of swimming up close to them and their calves.

7. Day Seven, Oct 29 2025

   Fly to Tonga

   • This morning, we’ll take a flight to Tongatapu (Tonga).

   • In the afternoon, we can take an optional tour or spend the rest of the day at leisure.

8. Day Eight, Oct 30 2025

   Day Tour of Tongatapu

   • Today we will take a day tour of Tongatapu, visiting Captain Cook’s landing place, Ha’amonga Trilithon, the flying foxes, Tsunami Rock, Houma blowholes and much more.

9. Day Nine, Oct 31 2025

   Fly to Samoa

   • We take an early morning flight to Nadi and transit through to Apia, where we will spend the rest of the day at leisure.

10. Day Ten, Nov 1 2025

    Explore Samoa

    • After breakfast, we will take a day tour of the island, visiting the Robert Louis Stevenson Museum, Falepisia Waterfall, To-Sua Ocean Trench and more.

11. Day Eleven, Nov 2 2025

    Savai’i Island

    • In the morning, we will transfer to the ferry terminal on the Western side of the island to cross to the island of Savai’i.

    • From here, we will transfer to our hotel and then take a half day tour of the island.

12. Day Twelve, Nov 3 2025

    Back to Apia

    • Today we will transfer to the ferry and cross back to Apia. The rest of the day is at leisure.

13. Day Thirteen, Nov 4 2025

    Tour Ends

    • In the early morning, we’ll take a transfer to the airport where you can take onward flights to your next destination.
