“Lupine have organised two, bespoke trips for us, an international group of academics, to Lake Baikal in Siberia and the Chernobyl exclusion zone in Ukraine. I was very impressed with Dylan's commitment, hard work, problem solving, nothing was too much trouble. All his hard work made our trips great successes.
An American academic outside our group, who travels a lot, was very impressed to hear what Dylan had been able to arrange for us, 'your remarkable tour operator' she called Dylan. She was impressed that he could arrange for us to charter two boats and crews for our trip on Lake Baikal.
I was also impressed by the quality and commitment to service of Lupine's partners in Siberia and Ukraine. They were almost all helpful, courteous, professional, but also good company.

I have been to probably over 60 countries world wide and this is the first time I had a tour or tour guide for more than half a day cause I like doing things at my own pace. I must say this was by far my best experience with a tour ever. The driver was great, even with the little English he knew. He was nice and overall just a great guy. The places I stayed were excellent. Trinidad was the best stay of the two places but I like Havana as well. Roxana was awesome as well. By far the best tour/guide/translator I've ever known worldwide, which is saying a lot coming from me. She knows her stuff and made the trip better for me. I think her English is better than mine, but my New York accent doesn't help me. I would go back to Cuba before most countries.

I can honestly say there's nothing that we didn't like or anything we felt could be improved on. Our arrival into Mongolia couldn't have been better with our greeting from the Hostel staff! From start to finish, they were just fab & so friendly & helpful! The night staying in the ger was great, I could have definitely spent longer out in the wilderness.. it was so beautiful & different.
Our stay in Irkutsk & lake Baikal was also great & the staff were extremely kind, stopping off for various tours & allowing us to wait at the hostel until our train departed!
Organization from your end was also very good and you were available whenever we needed your help or advice, no matter what the time! We really appreciated that!!
We enjoyed every minute of our trip & I'd be sure to recommend your company to any friends I have wishing to experience the Trans-Mongolian in the future!

Everything was hassle free. Seeing Chernobyl was such a surreal experience. Walking through the buildings and seeing the plant, hearing the story of the liquidators and the sarcophagus construction was absolutely harrowing.
The apartment organised by Lupine was excellent and right in the middle of the City and the drivers were bang on time. We will definitely be using the company again.

We're a media management and productions company based in Stockholm. We were looking to do something a bit special for our season kick-off conference.
We found Lupine and got interested in their Chernobyl offering. Soon we had Lupine tailoring a whole Kiev all-inclusive weekend for 48 people. The planning phase worked really well, Lupine was quick to respond to all our demands and provided a lot of knowledgeable information on Kiev.
The weekend finally consisted of; a conference meeting with meals included, ballet show at the National Opera of Ukraine, full day guided tour to Chernobyl, a marvellous banquet with live entertainment, guided tour of Kiev, not to mention various lunches, dinners and transfers in between. The whole weekend played out perfectly, and our collective impression was amazement over the number of extraordinary events we were able to experience in just a weekend, and especially to such a comparatively low price.
