Itinerary

Day One
Arrival into Seiyun
• Take a scenic drive to Hawta town, checking into the hotel.
• Here we will experience the local culture and cuisine with an authentic dinner.
• Overnight stay in Hawta.
Day Two
Old Seiyun
• Today we head out to the Old Seiyun town and its vibrant markets, including the renowned Honey market.
• Next we will witness the beauty of Aynat area and visit one of the most captivating Islamic Shrines.
• We then go on to discover the historical significance of Tarim, a town steeped in Sufi tradition and breathtaking views.
• Return to Hawta.
Day Three
The Manhattan of Arabia
• In the morning we will visit the “Manhattan of Arabia”: Shibam Hadramout, where we visit inside the town. We then drive towards Wadi Doa’n with a brief stop at the village of Al-Hajjrain.
• We continue driving to Sif, walk around the town and then drive up to Haid Al-Jizil; the most beautiful panorama of Wadi Doa’n, here we stop by to enjoy the view.
• After lunch we take a short drive to where we start our easy and picturesque trek down to Hawfah village in Wadi Do’an. The trek should take around an hour in total, after which we drive to Buqshan village to see its colourful palaces.
• Journey back to Haid Al-jizil where we will have dinner and stay over night.
Day Four
Wadi Doa’n
• After breakfast we will go and visit the Sunday market at Rebad town, absorbing the colours and flavours of local life.
• Head back and witness the grandeur of Wadi Doa’n from various viewpoints, including Rehab viewpoint and Qarn Majed village.
• After lunch we set off to Mukhalla where we will stay overnight.
Day Five
Mukhalla
• Drive to Al-Ghwayzi Fort then visit the fish and fruits & vegetables markets in Mukhalla Old Town.
• Have lunch in Mukhalla before heading towards Wadi Sah then drive back to Hawta.
• Dinner and overnight at hotel in Hawta.
Day Six
Tour Ends
• Bid farewell to South Yemen as we depart from Hawta to Seiyun airport for return flight to Cairo.
