Lebanon is a country that will challenge your perceptions of the Middle East. Notably diverse and situated at the crossroads between the Mediterranean and the Arabic world, the buzzing capital Beirut is one of the Middle East’s most liberal, cosmopolitan cities. A stone’s throw away from the capital are notable archeological sites and ancient Roman ruins as well as the mythical Jeita Grotto.

With an extensive tour of Beirut, taking in the city’s proud history and cultural sites, we’ll then visit the Jeita Grotto, an enchanting system of underground caves previously shortlisted for the New Seven Wonders of Nature competition. The tour will then take in the ancient Phoenician sea city of Sidon and the Mleeta Landmark of the Resistance Museum as well as the Roman temples of Baalbeck.
