Here at Lupine we’re proud to be one of the first companies taking people to Syria after over a decade of civil war. Beyond the headlines, Syria is a welcoming, diverse nation of lush plains, mountain ranges and rugged desert. Bustling cities lend themselves to exploring whilst a fascinating history plays out over castles, ancient cities and religious architecture. 

Our tour begins by exploring the cities of Damascus and Aleppo before heading out to the crusader castle at Krak de Chevaliers and the city of Homs, which was almost completely destroyed during the civil war. A full day tour of the ancient city of Palmyra follows, before a drive to the country’s west coast, with stop offs at the Latakia beach resort and the Salah Ed-Din citadel.
