History and heritage run deep throughout Angola. Once a significant centre of pre-colonial kingdoms, the country later witnessed Portuguese exploration and colonization, leaving an indelible mark on its culture and identity. Today, remnants of colonial architecture stand proudly alongside modern developments, showcasing the country’s journey from the past to the present.
